The Indian Missionary Society North Region is registered under Societies Registration Act, as applicable in the State of Haryana, vide registration number ROS-622 on 22.08.1986.

The IMS North Region got itself registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) from the Ministry of Home Affairs on 19 August 1987.

The Society has also been registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act on 29 March 1996.

The IMS North Region has its PAN number – AAATI0673H.

As per the amended Societies Act the society has been allotted the new Registration Number- HRKNL201301006 on 10th day of June 2013 under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (Haryana Act no. 1 of 2012).

The Society has been registered under NGO Darpan portal NITI AYOG and the registration number is HR/2018/191573
