In view of fulfilling the vision, mission, and objectives of the Society, over the past 30 years the Society has established a number of educational institutions and charitable institutions. It has also undertaken large number of programmes for the upliftment and empowerment of the poor, needy and economically backward sections of the society.

The IMS North Region from time to time has been rendering yeoman services in times of natural calamities like: Gujrat Earthquake-2000, Tsunami-2004, Kerala floods-2018, COVID-19 pandemic. Self Help Groups were organized by the Society to help the poor people in order to handle their own finances so that they may not fall into the trap of money lenders who take exorbitant interest rate.
